Google's new feature "Fact check" is to flag up fake news in search results easily.

'Fact Check'
We are in the age of fake news, nowadays social media is the place to spread fake news within a second's so by quitting this spot news problem google introduced new feature "Fact Check".
In Google News, articles that include a fact check are marked with the “fact check” label. As we make fact checks more visible in Search results, we believe people will have an easier time reviewing and assessing these fact checks and making their own informed opinions.
So for example, if you search for "27 million people enslaved," the google search results, telling you that 3 different lines show
1.Claim news.
2.Claimed by.
3.Fact Check by Politifact.
which means that the fake news are filtered off here with this creepy tool "Fast Check"
