All major tech giants are busy investing millions in research and development for the next generation 5G technology. Out of those, companies like Qualcomm and Nokia are leading the first of all. Earlier this month, Qualcomm demonstrated its first 5G network with X50 modems.In a recent Twitter user named Sherif Hanna has tweeted the first picture of a 5G smartphone, which he claims to be the world’s first 5G smartphone. Sherif Hanna is the marketer for LTE and 5G NR Modems for Qualcomm.

According to the tweet bite, The smartphone shown in the twitter image appears to features a dual camera with a dual LED flash.You can also seem the Qualcomm Snapdragon logo at the bottom back.
According to the latest reports by Digit, the smartphone in the twitter bite is the Qualcomm’s first mmWave 5G reference design; it’s not a final unit. The company designed the same for testing and optimizing the 5G mmWave performance for a mobile form factor.
