Google Updates Docs, Slides, and Google Sheets for iPhone X and iOS 11 Platforms

Google Updates brought support for two highly anticipated iOS 11 features – iPhone X compatibility and iPad drag and drop – to their Docs, Slides, and Sheets apps.

Google has updated its MS Office apps- Docs, Slides, and Sheets for the iPhone X and iOS 11 platforms today, by MacStories.  The updates add support for the larger display of Apple’s latest phone as well as for iOS 11’s easy drag and drop functions on the iPad.
On the iPhone X, Google's apps made available for supported larger display, extending to all four corners of the screen; toolbars are integrated with the device's unique form factor, but, overall, the UI update is mostly unsurprising. If anything, it's nice to be able to read longer documents without letterboxing.
Now, if Google can see fit to finally release Gmail and Google Maps updates for the iPhone X, we’ll be all set.

Despite some limitations, it's good to see that Google was able to update their popular productivity apps for iOS 11 and the iPhone X before WWDC 2018. The updated Docs, Slides and Sheets apps are available on  App Store.
