Method 1: Changing IPv4 DNS Address.

You can change IPv4 DNS Address by first Right-click on the Network icon in your system's desktop and click on “Open Network and Sharing Center.” Next, click on your active Network Connection and then click Properties. inside properties select “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IP)” and click Properties.
You have to change the DNS Addresses under "Use the following DNS server addresses" as below:
Type the following address in the Preferred DNS server and Alternate DNS server:
