Due to the major outbreak of "Caronavirus", the China Government has officially launched an app that allows people to check whether they have been at risk of catching the coronavirus.
The "Close Contact Detector App" notifies users if they have had exchanges with any individuals who have been confirmed or suspected of carrying the virus.
All users need to do is scan a QR code with an app like Alipay or WeChat.
People at risk are then advised to stay at home or inform local health authorities.
Once the user phone number is linked, users are asked to fill in their credentials like name and ID number.
The app also can be used to check the status of up to three ID numbers.
Anyhow, 2019 Novel Coronavirus has until now claimed the lives of 1,018 people globally, with 1,016 in China. First death outside China occurred in the Philippines. It is widely known that the Chinese Government tries to Conducts High Levels of Surveillance on its citizens by protecting themselves from coronavirus but experts in the field suggest, in this case at least, it will not be seen as controversial within the country.

While the robot doesn’t detect the virus, it’ll quiz people on a list of symptoms to determine how likely they are to be infected by the virus.
