Cloudflare in a blog post today officially announced an expansion of its DNS service called (1.1.1.1 for Families) which adds a new filter feature "Malware and Adult Content Filter Support".

Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), and then click Properties. Click “Use The Following DNS Server Addresses,” and replace whatever's there with your new DNS. In the case of Cloudflare, you'd enter 1.1.1.1 in a Preferred DNS server address and 1.0.0.1 in Alternate DNS server.
