Samsung's most awaited Galaxy S20 'Ultra 5G' smartphone is on its way and leaks have been rolling out this week. Today, we’ve noticed a short specs list for the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and it’s going to be tolerably insane which seems this time will be the top-end ‘Ultra 5G’ configuration could come with as much as 16GB of RAM that's probably more than your laptop's RAM.
As the recent leaks spread by the XDA's author Max Weinbach,

Samsung Galaxy S20 powerful specs have been on a roll for the last few days, leaking out a nearly continuous stream of details. In addition to dispensing off the 'Very First Leaked Photos of the Galaxy S20+  Ultra 5G'.

The S20 Ultra 5G is going to keep the SD Card slot. Support for up to 1TB.

It will also be available in 128GB/256GB/512GB and have a 12GB and 16GB RAM option.

As by the leaked specs on the web,

• Samsung Galaxy S20 'Ultra 5G' will be made available in storage configurations ranging from 12GB & further 128 to 512GB, with support for microSD cards for further expansion up to 1TB.
• Samsung Galaxy Ultra 5G version of the phone was rumored to have a 108MP primary camera, enhanced by a 48MP 10x optical "zoom telephoto" & a 12MP ultrawide camera.
• Samsung Galaxy S20 which supports a 5,000mAh battery, the battery will charge at 45W over USB-C too and go from 0-100% in just a time span of 74 minutes.

Moreover, Weinbach has also confirmed that there should be (at least) five named versions of the S20, and he states that all three 5G versions of the S20 should have eSIM support, and the other two may as well. Some of the S20's wallpapers were even leaked.

Still, There's no official announcement for the release date of Samsung's most awaited Galaxy S20 'Ultra 5g' and it will be expected to release this year in February.
